Gov. Heineman Receives Space Call from
Nebraska Astronaut Clayton Anderson

At 3:05 p.m. CST today, Governor Heineman was asked to take a call from the International Space Station. On the other end of the line was Nebraska astronaut, Clayton Anderson. Clayton is on his 101 day on this mission and has approximately 45 days until he will return to Nebraska. Clayton was born in Omaha but considers Ashland home. The Governor and the astronaut talked about the NASA mission, life in small town Nebraska, and Husker football.
