(April 9, 2008 News Release) Today Gov. Heineman signed LB 88 into law to provide tax relief to small businesses in Nebraska.  Gov. Heineman was joined by bill sponsors Senators Carroll Burling, Tim Gay, Pete Pirsch, and bill prioritized Senator Scott Lautenbaugh, as well as Nebraska Chamber of Commerce president Barry Kennedy and Nebraska Tax Commissioner Doug Ewald.
