Gov. Dave Heineman signed a proclamation declaring October to be Parental Involvement in Education Month. The Governor and First Lady Sally Ganem were greeted by the student press team, including a print and radio reporter, and a photographer.  The Governor and the First Lady toured the school and spoke with children and teachers in the classrooms.
