Governor Heineman and members of his trade delegation attended a luncheon promoting Nebraska beef at The Steak Expert, a growing chain of restaurants in Hong Kong. Following the event, an agreement was signed between Steak Expert founder Andrew Lee and Swift & Co. officials, a beef processor with operations in Grand Island, Neb.
