Governor Heineman, First Lady Sally Ganem and members of the Nebraska trade delegation are welcomed to Shanghai by representatives of Jiao Tong Medical University. The evening included a boat tour of the Huangpu River, followed by a dinner with Shanghai's Minister of Education and Jiao Tong University leaders.
