Governor Heineman spent the day in Custer County. He first visited with Ansley Elementary School 3rd graders. He spoke with the class about his job as the Governor of the State of Nebraska. Governor Heineman had lunch with local teens and listened to them discuss issues that are important to them. Governor Heineman spent the afternoon meeting with the business owners in Broken Brow who lost their businesses when a fire broke out in the town square. He then met with Custer County economic development leaders and listened to them.
