Col. Tim Kadavy takes command of lead the Nebraska Army and Air National Guard and the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) as Nebraska's new adjutant general. The ceremony was held at Lincoln East High School. Governor Heineman, Lt. Gov. Sheehy, General Lempke, and Secretary Johannes were among those attending. Governor Heineman selected Adjutant General Kadavy to serve as the state’s 31st adjutant general.
