Governor Heineman and the Nebraska Department of Economic Development hosted a Nebraska breakfast prior to the start of this year's trade association conference, which brings together representatives of business and government for discussions designed to promote investment opportunities in Midwestern states. Heineman was one of three U.S. Governors to attend this year's meeting in Tokyo.
