Governor Heineman begins his first full day in Shanghai with a meeting at ConAgra's headquarters. The day included a meeting between the Governor and Chairman Sen Furong, head of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade of Shanghai, a visit to Ruijin Hospital, and a meeting between University of Nebraska Medical Center and Jiao Tong Medical University. An agreement was signed during the meeting to further cooperation between the two campuses, which plan to develop joint doctorate and nursing programs in the year ahead.
