(Lincoln, Neb.)  The Judicial Nominating Commission for the County Court in the 3rd Judicial District has forwarded the names of six nominees to Gov. Dave Heineman for his consideration. The vacancy is due to the retirement of Judge Jean A. Lovell. The 3rd Judicial District is in Lincoln, Lancaster County.

The nominees are John H. Albin, Joseph E. Dalton, Thomas W. Fox, Milissa D. Johnson-Wiles, Timothy C. Phillips, and Rodney D. Reuter, all of Lincoln.
