Gov. Heineman Reminds Nebraskans to Lower Flags
During Fallen Firefighters Memorial Day

(Lincoln, Neb.) Gov. Heineman is encouraging Nebraskans to fly U.S. and Nebraska flags at half-staff on Sunday, October 4 in observance of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service.
