Five Candidates Apply for District 10 Legislative Seat

 (Lincoln, Neb.)  Governor Dave Heineman has received five applications from individuals in Legislative District 10, which encompasses some of the northwest portion of Omaha.   The Governor will appoint a new state senator to replace Sen. Mike Friend, who resigned and was named as the Director of the Office of Violence Prevention.

Those applying to represent District 10 are:  Thomas S. Fitzgerald, Jeffrey A. Hall, Robert Krist, Tim Lonergan and Jeff Miller, all of Omaha.
