Judicial Nominating Commission Forwards Nominees to
Governor Heineman for County Judge of the Twelfth Judicial District

(Lincoln, NE) The Judicial Nominating Commission for the County Court, Twelfth Judicial District has forwarded the names of two nominees to Governor Dave Heineman for consideration in naming a judge to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of County Judge James Hansen of Chadron.

The nominees are: Randy D. Cullers of Ord and Russell W. Harford of Chadron.

Governor Heineman will schedule interviews with nominees in the coming weeks.
