Judicial Nominating Commission Forwards Nominees to Gov. Heineman
for Fourth Judicial District

 (Lincoln, Neb.)  The Judicial Nominating Commission for the District Court, Fourth Judicial District has forwarded the names of three nominees to Gov. Dave Heineman for his consideration in naming a judge to fill a vacancy.

The nominees are Marian Ghislaine Heaney, Sandra Maass and Leigh Ann Retelsdorf, all of Omaha.

The Governor will schedule interviews with nominees.
