Judicial Nominating Commission Forwards Nominees to Gov. Heineman
for 12th Judicial District

(Lincoln, Neb.)  The Judicial Nominating Commission for the District Court, 12th Judicial District has forwarded the names of three nominees to Gov. Dave Heineman for his consideration in naming a new judge.

The nominees are Derek Weimer of Gering, Michael Piccolo of North Platte, and Joe Stecher of Omaha.

The Governor will schedule interviews with nominees in the near future.
