Judicial Nominating Commission Forwards Nominees to
Gov. Heineman for Eighth Judicial District

(Lincoln, Neb.) The Judicial Nominating Commission for the County Court in the Eighth Judicial District forwarded the names of three nominees to Gov. Dave Heineman for his consideration. He will appoint someone to fill the vacant seat created by the passing of Judge August Schuman.

The nominees are Monika Anderson and Randy Cullers, both of Ord, and James Orr of Broken Bow.

Gov. Heineman will meet with nominees in the coming weeks.
