Governor’s Office Provides Update
Regarding Department of Insurance

(Lincoln, NE) Gov. Dave Heineman received word this week that Tim Wagner, director of the Nebraska Department of Insurance, suffered a stroke on Wednesday evening. He is currently recovering at Alegent Lakeside Hospital in Omaha.

Deputy Director Ann Frohman will assume the duties of director until Wagner’s return.
