Gov. Dave Heineman returned to the Nebraska Panhandle to tour a set of fire scenes threatening the community of Harrison (population 297). He was joined by Nebraska State Patrol Superintendent Col. Bryan Tuma and Nebraska Emergency Management Agency Assistant Director Al Berndt.
