Gov. Heineman attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the launch of wireless Internet service at one of Nebraska's most popular state parks. The Governor was joined by Chief Information Officer Brenda Decker and Jim Swenson of the Nebraska Game & Parks Commission.
