Gov. Heineman joined members of the Sower's Club in the State Capitol Rotunda for the unveiling of their new mascot. The Governor was asked to autograph the inflatable replica of The Sower, which stands on top of the Nebraska State Capitol, and is part of the Sower's Club ongoing efforts to promote Nebraska. It will appear in parades and at educational events across the state.
