Gov. Dave Heineman honors graduates of the Boys Junior Law Cadet program at the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center in Grand Island. The program offers youth a taste of life as a Nebraska State Patrol trooper-in-training and prepares them for leading classmates against the use of drugs and alcohol.
